VOLVO XC90

Volvo is one of the top brands in the automotive world. This Scandinavian vehicle is a combination of luxury and safety, which is a top priority . Volvo XC90 is a midsize seven passenger SUV. Its performance is absolutely competitive to the performance of all other SUVs on the market. 1. 3.2 – here the engine is six-cylinder ,3.2 liter. This engine provides 235 hp. the model is available with both front wheel and all wheel drive. The fuel consumption is : city:14mpg and highway:20mpg.The car engine produces 320NM of toque -3200rpm.

2. 4.4 V8- the engine provides 311hp -5850rpm and 440NM from 3900rpm. Again the model is available with front wheel and all wheel drive. The fuel consumption is slightly different from the 3.2 model: city:13mpg and highway:19mpg. The acceleration 0-60 is 6.9s. The brake way when stopping from 60 mph is42m.The 3.2 engine models is on the market with five passenger seats, the seven passenger seating is optional. The difference in the V8 model is that this third row seat option is included(of course the technical features are another difference) .




In Volvo XC90 almost all of the safety and luxury options are part of the base modelABS, EBA, EBD, RSC, DSTC , DVD navigation system, Dolby Pro Logic II surround-sound audio system , air quality system together with back entertainment system.Another innovative feature is the blind

spot information system(BLIS). The system works by warning the driver with light signals for other vehicles around the Volvo(in the blind spot).And of course the main advantage of Volvo-the safety is well positioned in the technical features of the vehicle. There are all types of air bags(side front, side-curtain),anti-whiplash seats and so on…the crash tests are no problem for this SUV, which is not something new for the Scandinavian brand.

When you drive this car everything inside is smooth and quiet . The handling is precise but it is not sporty. When this vehicle is equipped with AWD system its an excellent car for snow conditions. Everything said so far and the fact that this is a car suitable for all weather conditions makes Volvo XC90 one perfect joise .
