Although we intend during the winter to conduct tests only SUV models, we decided to make an exception. The reason for it is that the Bulgarian market was introduced to the new Opel Astra and take advantage of the opportunity to have one of the first modification tested diesel 1.7 CDTI (125 h.p.).
History

When the light goes Olympia Kadett, which means that the new Astra is the culmination of 70 years and ten generations of evolution model. The latest generation Astra was introduced in some European markets late last year and recently has been available in Bulgaria. The model follows the design style of the Insignia, Opel as it introduces new standards in the compact class in terms of technology and innovation.
Exterior
The design of the car is a fresh interpretation of the new design philosophy of Opel. Overall appearance of the Astra impresses with its forms, but most definitely a catchy front. The upper grille is of small size and stand proudly on her new logo of Opel, until the emphasis on the larger lower air opening. Lamps resemble eagle eyes and are surrounded by daytime running lights, which in turn are pinnate form. The proof of the attractive appearance of the new Opel Astra came when trying to reverse out of parking lot behind the car and stood a man of apparent age 65-70 years. After the man did not budge from there for 2-3 minutes, I decided to go down and ask him if I could help him with something he answered the question: “Is this new car, where she advertised?. Positive response when he heard the man nodded approvingly, his head and wished me: “With it going to health”.
Interior
The interior of the new Astra is a style and appearance, and again is strongly influenced by that of the Insignia. Audacious dynamic forms and quality materials create the impression that you are in a luxury car rather than a compact. The interior designers have stressed some of the bent profile of passengers pinnate dashboard, overflowing into door panels, which is determined by them as “hot hug establishing friendly and cozy atmosphere in the interior.
